Does anyone have this Controversy ad? A long while ago I saw this ad that had ran in Rolling Stone (I think) Back in the day. It was an ad for Controversy, it was wicked cool. It depicted a schoolgirl holding the Controversy album and there was an American flag blowing in the corner. I think the 10 commandments were scribbled on a white board behind her. It was so cool, does anyone have a copy of it? Please? | |

NOt really a great ad. Too contrived. I love the album cover though. All the early almum covers were great. Upto Lovesexy. Love the Lovesexy artwork. Jean Baptiste Mondino or something was it that did it??

Ah, I found a big one. I think its tight. I like the contrdicting wind thing going on. I wear shoes JUST LIKE THOSE to school. 
Oh, and real catholic school girl's shoes are NOT than damn clean. I'm the only girl at school who even tries to clean her shoes.

That's so funny when ever I see that Contravercy cover it reminds me of James DeBarge (forgive me Prince)....I know that James and the DeBarge family had drug problems and that James Married Janet Jackson...notto mention that he sorta had the "Prince" sound.....now that I've looked I guess he also had the "Prince Girl" VANITY????? now that's news to me but sorta makes a true wanna B out of the bum.....Janet "supposedly" wrote What Have You Done 4 Me Lately about James De arge.....(Vanity first....???what???? all she had to do was axe somebody ) | |
