If prince released an o2 dvd - wouldya buy it? or is that a silly ?

If Prince released lets say a box set of all 21 nights would you buy it?

or even just one dvd or an aftershow?

i would for sure! just to relive it!

wouldnt that be really expensive if all the 21 shows were in one box?

if buy it, but it would probably be about £100

its more likely hed release the last show due the set, atmos and crowd

The songs all came in sequences, which were mixed up to make each night unique.

For me, a perfect mix would be a full concert, then "bonus" tracks of the sequences not used from other nights. Some sort of Aftershow disc would be good, of course.

Can't see anything being released now, though sad

So look into the mirror, do u recognise some1? Is it who u always hoped u would become, when u were young?

okay as i said silly question but the last night with all the other songs from previous nights is a good idea. he must have filmed something surely, i was so cross when they were televising and sky didnt even show the whole song how sad is that. and the guy commentating just kept referring to the lighters held up not realising they were purple glow stix!!

aaarrrggghhh those were the days.

come on prince we need a new vid!

there was nothing wrong with the screen footage, the footage on 3121.com was from the screen footage.

i'd like to go to some more concerts - having been to a few more concerts at the O2 nothing comes near Prince concerts for a brilliant night out - biggrin

I absolutely would buy it. Full footage of each of the 21 nights though (21 discs?) would be a bit much so all of the best bits from all of the nights plus best bits of aftershows would be brilliant. I managed to go 5 times plus 2 aftershows and it would be great to watch shows where I was actually there.

id prefere a full show released, not an edited show combined of best bits

no-one seems to have mentioned they guy with the green head scarf thing on that got up on stage to dance - and ended up singing with all the spotlights on him!! - he was singing 'play that funky music white boy' and getting seriously freaky on the dance floor, was quite funny smile - prince seemed to appreciate his efforts - lol. in fairness he handled it quite well, if it was me i'd probably ended up singing the wrong words or something embarrasing smile

Probably not. I'd settle for night. More than one or two would be boring...Unless he played a different set every night. I think he should put all of the songs from various nights on one DVD

As far as I recall, Prince films all his concerts. Doesn't mean he's ever gonna release any of them though wink
