I liked everything about the movie and everyone in it, I disliked nothing. Purple Rain is a great example of how, the music and the characters was all that it needed to be a classic. Last Night, I spent another lonely Christmas...Darlin' Darlin' U shoulda been there.~Prince. | |

That's the vibe I was getting when I first came here. I started a thread about seeing it for the first time and a lot of people were saying how they didn't like her. Sure, there was a time she kinda got on my nerves. I'd listen to "Take Me with U" and I'm like "she can't sing!" It was nails on a chalkboard to me. Then after seeing the movie again, I didn't mind so much. I say I love her in the movie. I like her little accent in some of the scenes. "Good morning" "What are u doing here?" "I think I have something you might be interested in." "Oh yeah, what?" makes me laugh like, that sounds so cool. "Are you sick? How many girls have you done this to?" 
Heh and pretty much whenever I watch the movie, I voice over her parts just cuz I like "talking to" Prince. She has a accent??? 
When I actually sat and watch this movie I really thought she was retarded!! I mean she let Prince treat like nothing which is bullshit
I mean she was so weird I mean sometimes she was cool other times she was painful to watch especially that slap scene I mean what the fuck why didn't she grab the guitar and beat him with it until he goes from 5'2" to 3'0"? 
Jesus Christ another annoy thing is when she was so influntial. The lake scene was funny and sad for the fact that she was stupid enough to go there. Who in their right would do that? | |
