P going through another "black" spell?

Wondering if our guy is going through another black stage and what the significance of it might mean. After hearing about his all-black demands for his crib and that he's wearing a lot of black, not to mention reading about him exuding a more spicy stage presence recently, could it be that the almost-50 P is embracing more of his roots? Could he be planning a metamorphosis of sorts in the near future with possibly a return to the nasty?

Might be hard to digest a 50-year-old man getting back to turning out that sexified funk, but I wouldn't hate on him if he did. Might be another shock to the system he's famous for. Maybe another Head or LPWM might turn that mother out. Any thoughts?

I hope he does bring back some of the Dirty Mind hits, he doesn't have to match with the actions but just to sing them again would be fine with me.

One of the 3121 updates said something like "He's going right back to where it all began, lets just hope he leaves the leotards at home!" or something along those lines so who knows? Maybe as the tour goes on, he'll bring out the dirtier hits. We can only hope

Decorating his crib with stuff mostly in black might be a sign that he's getting ready to make a transition. To what? I don't know, but I hope it means that he'll get sexier and exuberant.

Hmmm...interesting! Next year is his 30th Anniversary in the business. I'm almost certain he's got something up his sleeve to knock our socks off to celebrate before he goes on his sabbatical. A "return to the nasty" would definitely do it for me!
