haha... they definitely used the same set 4 "1999" and "Let's Pretend We're Married"... the only differences were the instruments used, the songs (obviously) and the smoke effects/lighting they used.

I have no idea, though. I just noticed that myself when I saw the video 4 "Let's Pretend We're Married"
had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone

Here's what The Vault has to say:

Early Nov.1982
During the last week of the 1999 tour rehersals at the Minnapolis Armoury,
videos are shot for 1999, Automatic, and LPWM. The videos were directed
by Bruce Gowers and featured the whole band, including Jill Jones, who was
added to the tour line-up. Dez Dickerson's lead line of 1999 had to be re-shot
by a local camera crew in Chatanooga, prior to the opening show of the 1999 tour.

Late Jan.1983
The final week of rehersals for the 1983 leg of the 1999 tour are held at
the Civic in Lakeland. Videos for LRC and Vanity 6's Drive Me Wild were shot
during the rehersals. Brian Greenberg directed the videos.

Interesting, I'm guess the video for The Time's "The Walk" were done around those times as well. Was it a video for The Time's "777-9311"?

I don't think there was ever a proper video for 777-9311
