That's basically the story. Prince had originally planned for O'Neal to lead on vocals. But they clashed early on over various matters ... finance, control etc.. This was reportedly just Prince's taking a comical swipe at matters. . ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift. |
