It was such a powerful performance, I almost felt like I was there. I loved it when he threw off the scarf, and stopped caring about how his hair looked, and just rocked out!!! It was definitely a moment.

Does anyone know if there's any plans to show this on U.K. or Irish TV?

my god my god my god my god my god...it was divine!!! he has reestablished himself to people around the world...what a great great great great performance..NOTHING can hold the man down! Not time, not the critics, not age, not the music industry...NOT EVEN HIS "DIFFERENT" SENSE OF STYLE...Prince is un freeking stoppable and Im am BURSTING with PRIDE at the fact that everyone who knows me and knows how much of a fan I am saw the reason why LAST NITE!!!!!

A guy at work just asked me if Prince has a recording of his version of "Best Of You", and was quite disappointed when I told him "no". This guy is an alterantive rock fan, all the way, and he's raving about how Prince tore up the Foo's song!

I'm not a football fan but I watched until the half-time show, just to watch "my man". My eyes teared as I watched him sing "PR" in that down pour.

I guess the true measure of his performance was how ordinary people responded to his performance.

I was asking by co-workers about the performance, none of them are really strong Prince fans, and they all liked the Set List,Florida A&M Band, stage show, and his performance.

It wasn't meant to be a mini-concert. It was a SuperBowl Gig. I thought it was great- in that context....

If it had been storming THAT badly they NEVER would of let Prince

Did any one Notice the "White doves" flying around the stage
towards the end of the performance???
And first I thought it was just some paper flying around.. but after
watching it again I think they were suppose to be white doves.
Very cool.
The light show was SO neat that that Lightening effect was COOL
Could of town with out the Twins flippin' around on stage tho
Very distracting!!!!!

stayed up in2 the wee hours over here in the UK prince-pally to watch the main man strut his stuff - and in the pouring (purple) rain!

WOW- what a performance - it blew the audience away. Don Johnson was one of the guests in one of Superbowl programmes and he described it as the best half time show EVER!

The game was gr8 but Prince stole the show...all i can say is Janet Who? lol
