I wish he would NOT have finished with purple rain.

I was hoping for a more upbeat party song to finish off.

TOTALLY ROCKED IT! That man, that man, THAT MAN!

"Best of You" was a huge surprise. Crazy and Star were so predictable. Seen it a million times. But Purple Rain was awesome. I think the best part of the show was Best of You. For the suprise factor, and because he delivered it so well. He sung it beautifully, with so much passion and emotion, and he made that guitar howl like a mofo. It was beautiful.

I was so proud!

Seriously though, it was so great to seem him up there in front of millions!.....

He pretty much rocked it. The german commentators seemed to be pretty impressed.

There was something weird going on during let's go crazy where we can hear prince sing a few lines while he's not at the mike, then we see him sing a few things into the mike without actually hearing him.. then later on it seems his vocals are live again.. anyone noticed this?

Also, near the end, after he kicks the mic over, his guitar is reduced in volume.. and the ending of PR was a bit off in timing..

But despite these niggles i really loved the show

Loved it everyone who watched it has to be impressed with his guitar playing or what the stage awesome maybey a bit too much rain there were allot of good bits. like when he said take my picture with all this rain.. and when he took his head scarf off... Im so glad he finished with purple rain i still get chills when i hear it i think it would of had allot people happy too

the Let's Go Crazy -> Baby I'm a Star was a little bit dissapointing, but Best of You was great! wow, who would have thought Prince would cover the Foo Fighters on the Superbowl?

I loved it. I didn't realize how protective of him I was though. I kept seeing the rain hit the stage and I couldn't stop thinking, Be careful Prince!

Any non-Prince song should have been a James Brown song. It was a great production. I enjoyed it.

In my opinion,

It was a defining moment for him.

He is one of a kind.

I hope he uses this stage on the tour! Great performance. Especially with the rain he had to deal with. For any haters.....or Timbaland if you were watching...that performance sums it up. He is a legend. UNTOUCHABLE!
