Ok I know it's late but I just can't figure this out. I have tried everything. Can someone please give me an example of how to get this done, please. I have tried every symbol, word and number and still can't get in.

Ok i am logged in. not with a "*" at the end of my pastword but i am logged in.
i went threw the credit card mess and i have been billed (subtracted of checking account) but never got the download. it just returns back 2 the check out/credit card page. any1 got any info 4 me.

hm, they won't accept my zipcode wich is 2231 BW, cause I'm from Holland. Do they only accept US customers? It says US only. ?

I am getting duplicate as well.....

I followed the instructions on this thread i logged in all right but an error occuered after i submitted credit card, I tried again as instructed and got duplicate.

Which means all user passwords have to be at least 7 characters long, and only one of them must be a non-alphanumeric.

alpha = letters
numeric = numbers
non alphanumeric = everything else, like: # $ % * +

an (average) alpha-numeric password is letters & numbers only; Prince3121
allowing a non-an character in the mix probably adds a little more security..

Prince3121* / Prince$3121 / #Prince319

Hi logged in fine and went to checkout put all my details in and then when trying to purchase I get the message "Duplicate" ....can anyone help

duh..never mind figured it out.

Can someone reassure me that "duplicate" meant it did NOT charge my credit card more than once? I haven't set up an online statment yet, but I got "duplicate" 2 or 3 times before finally getting the song, and I don't want to have been charged $1.99 each time.
