More then likely they'll trot out a bunch of dancing dwarves in penguin suits while that song of the heart plays in the background.Promotion for the movie using Prince's song I'm guessing. | |

Ordinarily I'd have a good laugh at that, but Prince has done so many things this year that, up until very recently, I'd say was crazy 2 even suggest. Brevity is underappreciated. | |

  Heeyyy.. .it's not that cold out here. Today was the first cold day - no higher than 50. We have had over 60 to mid 60s for the past couple of weeks. Plus Prince is from Minneapolis, our cold is a piece of cake compared to Minne. That will be cool if he does come to NYC. Then again, maybe they are just using the "Song of the Heart Song"...who knows..we shall see.

I don't know about his spirituality and it's not my biz to know but if he a JW then he won't be doing this. If he's not doing the parade, he should make them take his name down. They could already have the "subject to change" factored in but are still doing it for the draw. with a head as big as his, i wouldn't be surprised if he were there. he'd take out half the parade crowd if somebody accidentally let go of one of them strings they got to keep him from floating away. Awesome! Hey it's a Prince peformance on t.v. i dont give a hoot what it's for! All i know is i'll get to see a prince peformance and that will shirley beat the hell out the luxington's high school marching band or whatever it is. I tell ya. Prince fans (some of them) don't seem to realize how great they got it. Really very very very few other artist realse this many albums and peform this much. If there was no Prince some of you.... would probaly be Michael Jackson fans, and you only get 2 albums and 1 tour per deacade! "When  want 2 hear new music, make it" Prince  | |

I never did like MJ; only a couple of his songs. But, no Prince would be like the end of the human race or something over the extreme.  | |

Hell I work at Macy's and this is the first I'm hearing of this! If this is true, I will do EVERYTHING to see homeboy.
Prince.org is a cemetery where folks mourn Prince instead of celebrate him and his music. Last time I checked, Prince isn't dead yet.
