How Long Have You Been A Fan

Would you consider yourself hardcore are just some what of a fan? Who out there thinks Prince is Hot!!!

I've been a fan since I 1982, I would definitely consider myself hardcore. However I wouldn't consider my self obsessive, I don't collect things just music. As far as his being hot I don't quit look at him as an object. I do enjoy his appearance. My wife can't stand the way he looks, just my two cents since you asked.

For me about 14 years! Since I was 11 and just loved what I had heard!

I've been a fam 4 as long as I can remember,and Prince is the hottest,sexiest man on the face of the earth!

I have been a fan since a good friend of mine gave me a tape that had 1999 on one side and Lovesexy on the other. Then she had me listen to Let's Pretend We're Married and told me she used to gett off to that song. That got me hooked!

I started to like his music in college when one of my roommates played him nonstop, and I had no choice but to listen. I actually started to like some of the stuff... that was around 1987. I started buying the albums (beginning with SOTT, then I filled in backwards...)

I became a 'hardcore fan' in 1993, when I went to my first concert. After seeing that $#!&, I wanted more! I saw the "Jam of the Year" tour 11 times! I also attended my 1st afterparty in 1997, and "faggedaboudit!"

I collected magazines more a while ago, now I'll only buy if he's on the cover, or the featured article. I do keep a scrapbook (I'm on #2), but not as much is added these days.

As far as thinking Prince's hot: I think he's "pretty", but I like men a little "beefier". He's a little too small and 'fem' for me. I'm not really into guys I can share clothes, shoes, makeup and hair care with.
The first time I saw Mr. Hayes (in '96) I flipped! (he was bald then) I think he's a major hottie!- still do!

I have been a fan since I was 9. I am now 36. So ... 36-9=27. 27 years!

It's kind of hard to say. I first saw Prince when I was five--in those butt out pants--but I didn't actually hear any music from him until I was about 11 when he was on that Muppets show thing. And I was on and off with P until a couple of months ago when I really got serious about buying albums and stuff.
I guess you could say about 8 years.

I became a fan 11 years ago when I was 13 (1995). I was obesessed! Who am I kidding, I still am!

It was a strange time to jump on the boat, but I was in love with his music, and didn't care if people made fun of me.



The first time I ever saw him was in 1991, in his Diamonds and Pearls video.
