We all know Prince never really took full advantage of the great marketing tool that is the music video, but he did have some solid ones...

Which is his best?

I like the Batman era videos,especially the extended Partyman version.
Little Red Corvette is good too.

Probably "Partyman" -- one of my least fav songs on the album, but what a fun video! "Batdance" is a close second, especially with the guitar solo.

Besides those, "Let's Pretend We're Married" is one of my personal guilty pleasures. Love the style, Prince's moves, how much fun he's having, etc.

Yeah, videos not his strong suit...Partyman is probably best, though I also like Kiss, Raspberry Beret and Gett Off! The 1999 era ones are sexy coz of Jill Jones, though objectively speaking nothing special.

I loved the Thieves In the Temple remix video. The imagery was just hot. P, Robin and that other sista were so funky. The concept was different with the film playing on the screen and the lyrics scrolling across as the three of them danced. That video was always one of my favs.

My all time favorite song AND video from P is definately "Controversy". Hands down. The mock church setup with the stain glass windows and the two huge hovering angels on each side of the stage is off the fucking hook. To me, that's the Prince that I know. Other videos that I dig by him:
