What was your favorite 90's Prince album???

What was your favorite 90's Prince album? Mine would have to be Emancipation followed by The Gold Experiance.

At the time of their release? Now?

It keeps changing.

Diamonds and Pearls, prince, Come, Crystal Ball, The Truth...all have been favorites at one time or another.

Right now I'm feeling the prince album the most.

Come is the only 90s release that I enjoy without major reservations. I love every minute of it except for Solo and Orgasm.

There’s a great 30-35 minute album hiding somewhere in the sprawl of the symbol record.

The rest of his releases don't thrill me much: Certainly there are lots of great moments to be found here and there, but there's nothing that holds together as a proper album in my opinion.

It's a big toss-up between The Gold Experience and prince for me, because TGE has more edge and is hard-hitting almost like some of his 80's output and prince has a bigger sprawl and display of diverse music elements I love...

What's your take on The Truth? And what would your perfect prince album include?

prince Album
Old Friends 4 Sale
The Gold Experince
Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic

I like D&P and GB too but I only like 1 or 2 songs.
Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.
