Purchaser must pick up tickets at The Fillmore Box Office night-of-show only. Ticket- holders must immediately enter the venue. Photo ID required for ticket pick-up. Tickets are non-transferable. I was a little salty that by the time I recd the NPGMC announcement yesterday, the pre-sale was already sold-out. I'm on the late e-mail blast cycle from them...ennnhhh..oh well.

I wish the motherf(*$rs would put SOLD OUT on the ticket web site. I tried to get tix but it was sold out. Of course the people that are going to be there are people that don't know anything about Prince, don't know the words to the music, and think that Purple Rain was his first album.

Also, understand the Bay Area represents a large large large fan base for Prince, that coupled with several radio station promos and emails from Ticketmaster and NPG, it's really just a race against the clock in the Bay Area, happens EVERY time . . . .

Judging from the reports of the LA shows (especially the 2nd one), this IS a Prince show. It sounds like Tamar is really good, but as usual, Prince takes it to a whole new level.
Also, it's clear he's warming up for his SNL performance next Saturday.
A Friday 2/3/06 club performance is a possibility for some lucky New Yorkers. And a Saturday late nite club show as well.
Looks like 2006 will deplete my Prince fund again.
