Well, yet again it's sad that this has been officially revealed before NPGMC. But it's a shame that somebody somewhere in the Prince camp hasn't crossed their Ts and dotted their s. This is somewhat embarrassing for NPGMC I'm sure.

And watching that vid, I'm now convinced that Prince has a fountain of youth at Paisley Park that only he is allowed to drink from.

He looks about 32 in that video.

Was I the only one who thought, "This sounds better" only to find out it was the music for the Honda Civic advert before Prince eased in?

first time ever hearing it and seeing it. Its ok. Very relaxing, but releasing a late night radio song as a first single? I hope the whole album ain't like this. Joey lawrence's "ven ven comigo" is loads better then this track

wow, first time hearing and seeing...the song isn't nearly as bad as some folks are saying. i finally got (something close to) my prince bossa nova song! love the guitar solo, love the vibe, love the strings. basement jaxx could have a field day remixing this song...in fact, it reminds me a bit of 'broken dreams' from rooty for some reason...

Great video - really interesting how it is all handled. So Mia plays a maid who Prince falls in love with, but then obsesses over - he ends up videotaping her, and watching the tape of her realizing and getting creeped out by it while eating the food she left for him...

Maybe the Prince of old is not so far behind. The voyeurism in this video reminds me (in an uncomfortable way) of Pheromone.

So many of you were making judgements about Prince based only on a brief snippet of the song. To paraphrase a line from one of my favorite new shows, Little Britian, "Ooooh, he is gorgeous".

I'm more embarrassed for NPGMC than anything else. It's probably the first time where they genuinely weren't the first place to buy/see new Prince material.

Universal/Motown must have some serious power over this release.
