Hmmm, that snippet is the most I've heard of the song so far. Sadly, I'm not feeling that at all. It's very bland and tuneless. Hopefully they just chose an uninteresting bridge or something...

Playing it now. It's legit. Wow, this was a surprise.

Song is way mellow, orchestrated, belongs in a movie. On my second listen. Starts off very Cherry Moonish, but fuller and more brooding.

I like it, but need more time with it. A departure from any ballad I remember from him.

Wonder how long this will be up.

Interesting enough, if you search for "Te Amo Corazón" in iTunes, Prince's name shows up in the artist's list, but the song itself does not....

sounds like it belongs in a movie.....very mellow and jazzy...not much of a melody but i like it far more than musicology and i think it is a grower, would have prefered more of an uptempo track as the first single but , yeh ,i like it after two listens.....as long as you aint looking for when doves cry , i think it sounds good.

I like it. It's definitely got that 'Under the Cherry Moon vibe' to it. The best part is the intro. Those strings + the piano are great!

The weakest part to me is the beat, it just sounds like one of those preprogrammed beats on a 50 dollar keyboard. However, the rest of the song does have some depth, so I'm sure it'll grow on me.

But I'll bet it'll flop as a single. It reminds me of The Greatest Romance Ever Sold. A good song, but too weird for commercial radio.


Ps. I have to say I'm very curious about the rest of the album. I hope he still managed to put some FUNK in this probably very latin flavored album...

It sounds boring as hell. The drums are the usual tap tap tap easy listening crap he has been turning out all too often these days. And he doesn't seem interested in pushing his best instrument, his voice, at all in the studio anymore.

It b-side stuff at best. I hope the album isn't in the same vain.
