Anyone else heard this one? I was playing in good old Wallyworld when I found this "Tribute to Jimi Hendrix" cd and on it was Prince singing "Purple House". I knew that I had to shell out the $9.88 for that. It's a really good tribute album I think, but anyway, like I was asking before, "has anyone else heard this remake and if so what are your opinions on it? Yeah, this came out late last year sometime, although Prince recorded the track c.2000-01. The album was delayed for ages!.

It's a nice track. Nothing amazing (by Prince standards). Nice solo. He also does a version of "Purple House" on the Rave DVD is he singin on it? When we say that the purpose of life is to find God, surely that desire to find God is an escape from life -Conciouscontact
