What songs do you like live but not the recording? What Prince songs do you really like live but not the recording of?
For me it is Baby Knows...god I don't like that recording...I hate his voice on it and the keyboards seem werid to me! Oh and while I don't hate the version on Sign of the Times I prefer the live version of If I was your girlfriend when he is not singing in the Camille voice!

Nothing Compares 2 U.....Rosie has a voice like a foghorn on the hits version. All the time Ive seen it lIve has just been P doing it as a lonely song and that seems better | |

For me, the live Bambi, Baby Knows, and America, are quite more interesting than the recordings, but I love them either way.  | |

Oh, the horns on Dear Mr. Man live make me like it live better, as well as Cream. (again, love 'em either way still)
