I'm not sure I'd call something a best SONG if it's nothing much more than a funky beat. To me, something like "Eye Hate U" would be one of his ten best compositions.

To me, Prince's best is not solely defined by his ballads or his more infamous tracks like Crystal Ball, even though I like those tracks too.

To me, Prince's funk tracks (like Databank and HELL I forgot La, La, La, He, He, Hee!) really define him as an artist. I wish I knew who composed the horn arrangements on LalalaHehehee, I consider that horn arrangement BLISS.

I would always try to come up with a nice cross-section of what I consider Prince's best, from ballads to funky hipmovers.

Sometimes I play Databank ten times in a row cuz I cannot believe how fonky it is.

All the lyrics on these songs are truly amazing, and No one else, only Prince himself would of been able 2 create such music like this.

Sorry, but I don't think these five quite make it. Particularly My Name is Prince. The other 4 are great songs, just not the best, and that's a fact!

I'm not arguing here, I'm changing. Get rid of Bambi,Musicology & Controversy and replace them with Lady Cab Driver, Joy of Repition & 17 Days. Do that I think it'll be set.
