That's not the point. The point is there is no need to start denouncing someone's attractiveness right after you've praised his artistic skills. In private discussions like this are perfectly okay since it's all about preferences - everybody does it. However in public situations it's a whole different deal. And there is always the option of keeping your mouth shut.
