Agreed that the symbol and YES are overdone (although I like the flame symbol above).
But.... If you really want to be individual..... Don't get one. Tattoos are so 90s. The huge bsuiness growth area now is tattoo removal. . | |

Prince himself has an ear pierced, and as far as I know, does still wear a stud occasionally. How do you suppose he squares that with what is taught about body modification by certain religions? For that matter, what about the multitudes of Christian women with pierced ears? That's no different than getting a tattoo or other body piercing. What purpose could it serve to condemn a tattoo or nose ring when you regularly wear diamond studs, other than to enhance a sense of entitlement or self-righteousness? Anyway this may sound corny to you but, I thought I would share this story. Ps, I will take a pic of it tonight and show you the tattoo, but I HAVE TO LEARN how to use my new camera. It's called freewill, eye'm sure eye'll get it when eye meet the big guy upstairs  it also falls under the false idol category, we're not suppose 2 have idols..... and when u tattoo one 2 ur body..... well..... u know.... | |

I don't think I'd get a tattoo of someone still ALIVE. To get a Jimi Hendrix or Kurt Cobain tattoo would be one thing, because they lived admirable lives.
But can you imagine if someone got an O.J. Simpson or Ray Lewis tattoo BEFORE they killed all those people. They'd be pretty pissed off now! lol Or a Michael Jackson tattoo. (IF he is found guilty of molestation charges, which I don't think he is guilty...) My point is... Don't get a tattoo of someone who is still alive, because they could end up doing something in the future that would make you want to scratch that tattoo off! [Edited 3/21/05 20:30pm] | |
