Uhmmm. Prince did alot this year, but kept the live stuff limited to the US.

And his donating pics to Housequake; I thought that was pretty amazing.

seeing him on the Grammy's this year, and singing along with him, and having my younger cousins ask me "who's that white guy with Beyonce'?" classic. i couldn't even begin to explain the man to them. i just laughed and told them to "stfu." GlamSlamKid...The resident clown on Prince.orgy

RRHOF is my personal highlight. His performance was amazing.

For me there was a bunch of highlights but none that I waited 17 years to see so the Tavis perfomance with Wendy wins hands down.
When asked about that reunion with Melvoin, Prince grows wistful. "She plays acoustic guitar with me better than almost anyone. "The opportunity came up and her name was the first to come to mind. I'm looking for things to juice me too."

Unlawfully taking that dude's camera, and then countersuing him when he wanted his camera returned to him. Purple Fact #6218: Prince peels his M&Ms.

Ohhh, A definate highlight for me! Only beaten by his refusal to sign an autograph for the disabled child after a musicology show. You do as I say

Seeing him do tons of interviews, so I could see him, be him, without music and hear his thoughts on things.

HUGE CO-SIGN! March 29th, June 30th, August 27th & 28th, were GREAT highlights as well, but this simple little performance, still stands out the most. As well as being my favorite song on the album, still... after 8 months. Now that Grammy thing... that was crap. I know it helped his year, but it would've been much better without Beyoncé's Tina Turner impersonation. Lovesexy Funkateer

FINALLY hearing him play a Beatles track at the R'N'R Hall Of Fame. And not only playing it, but playing the best version I've heard of a song I truly love...

For me, it was him pointing to me at the "Musicology" concert in Auburn Hills, then me pointing back at him, and him blowing me a kiss. That one's going with me to the grave!!

1st was the Rock and Roll Hall of fame.. He paid great tribute to George Harrison.. I would imagine the hair on George's spirit stood up...

Second would be seeing him take over MTV VH1 & BET, though it was all too brief. and too all of a sudden-- had i been gettin some Musicology tour live handsdown one of the best experiences ever experienced by an able-eared person Dynamic Savior Said: Also, do you think that ugly people are God's cruel joke on humanity (like the platypus and the heterosexual) or another form of population control?

The whole year, really. Great time to be a fan. It's not that The Joker's gay. What he is, is Batsexual. He'd be whacking it to Batsy whether our hero had girl parts or boy parts underneath that rubber.

From Afar: The Grammy's, with the RRHOF a tick behind. The Grammy's gets the edge because it got everybody talking again and created a huge buzz. It was such a momentum boost that, as well as Prince did this year, he could have been even huger with a couple of smarter marketing moves (Musicology the album could have sold a million or more copies more if Sony/Columbia had tried a little harder or promoted it just a little more)

Traveling to Bossier City, Louisiana to see the concert with friends. Riding in the back of her Explorer, drinking all the way up there, and stopping at every other exit to piss.

Both concerts here in Dallas were incredible. This was a resurgent year that I had always hoped for but never truly expected. I don't want to make you feel stupid, so please don't mess with me.
