the video was dropped from VH-1 2 weeks ago and never was added on MTV Or MTV2

A radio station in san jose play this song like crazy!!
Every time i tune to it i hear the song no wonder its moving up!!

there's 2 ways this song can still make the top 40

1.if they finally release Call My Name as a retail single...which i doubt

2.if they finally go for adds on Adult Contemp stations...you can add a couple thousand extra spins by going this route....i means its a big hit on Urban/ac so i cant see why it wouldnt be a hit on the mainsteam ac

I just saw the video playing on televisions throughout a mall in Gurnee, IL tonight.

The song comes on our urban and urban AC....here in houston..i hear it quite often...and when he performed it saturday nite , right before he closed with Purple Rain, The crowed went nuts...


(they say he did the "beautiful ones" the nite before, damn)

Well I only listen to radio in the evening at home and on the adult R&B station there is a late night show hosted by Al B Sure and he often opens the show with a Prince song, he even play a lot of the Rainbow Children album but he plays the hell out of this song and musicology when it first came out and the station itself plays Call my name a hell of a lot....it's even on the hip hop station at times which says a lot....at least in my mind anyway

I'll believe it when I see it

This is great news considering I rarely see the video anymore or hear the song on the radio. Then again, I don't watch video channels all that much or listen to mainstream radio all that much, so maybe I'm just missing it.
