Bedhead products belong to the worldwide chain of Toni&Guy Hair Salons. Their vibe is very Paul Mitchell-ish/Aveda-ish, with the latter actually being very heavy competetors with Bedhead. I have friend from South Beach, FL whose sister who used to work for the South Miami Toni & Guy. It's one of those hip trendy salons that's waaay too expensive (haircuts by a Toni &Guy Stylist can easily run you $75-$100). The salon founders are Italian, based the company headquaters in the UK, but they opened up salons in metropolitan cities in Italy, Germany and the US as well. I'm not 100% sure, but I think all salons are essentially owned by members of the same family from Italy, with the exception of the Miami salon, which was given to one of the founders' wives in a divorce settlement many years ago.

At any rate, the fact that she got an ad campaign for a product line like that is no small feat. Usually they use models from (commercial) model agencies for this kind of stuff, so at least it looks like she'll be making some decent pocket change from this thing (though less than what they would have to pay a well-known "commercial" model in the fashion industry).

If you can find that stuff there, I'm sure the Mascolo brothers planned it that way. They seem to be very "we want to be recognized in every houshold in the US" type of people. So, more power to 'em, I guess.
And as for the new advertising girl, hopefully her contract was negotiated correctly so she won't get jipped though she might be featured at point of purchase and so on, and if in fact those products are being sold at lower price points in large chains like K-Mart, etc...
