Was that Judith Hill on Netflix??

I was watching "The Kominski Method" the other night, and on I think the 2nd episode, they had the funeral for Michael Douglas' agent's wife. Patti LaBelle (believe it or not) was singing at the funeral, and I think Judith played one of the backup singers. I was not really focused on her, and by the time I was paying attention, the show moved on. Did anyone else start watching this series and can back me up here?

By the way, MD and Allen Arkin are old men in this, and they are pretty funny.

So far the only season; it just came out a couple of weeks ago. It is a good show, and I was surprised by Patti showing up, too.

I noticed that Alan Arkin must need help with his lines. Every shot of him has a reflection of a TV monitor in his glasses, no matter if they're outside, in a dark room, a bathroom, the restaurant, or whatever. You can see him glance off to catch his line sometimes before saying it.

We enjoyed the show overall. I didn't notice Judith, but apparently that was her.

Yeah, I am liking it so far. I was funny when they thought Alan Arkin's daughter was dead in the pool, and she was just practicing floating! I think they went on a little too long about the prostate thing though.
