I can't believe anyone has not posted on this. I ordered my copy as I realized I don't have that vinyl. I'm anxious to see the Neopolitian colored vinyl. I ordered it from Electric Fetus, and I got an email from them today that it has shipped.

It's the easiest one to find on vinyl though. Do you have their debut or What Time Is It on vinyl?

I agree, where's the hype? I have the original on vinyl but it has seen better days. This has never been reissued and opens up potential to get reissues from other protege acts down the line, should this release be successful. Unlike the What Time is It? Reissue, this probably won't be a lazy digital transfer, and will instead be remastered from the original tapes like other Rhino releases of Prince-related reissues (they handled the 2011 campaign, which was brilliant aside from a few artwork issues). Pre-ordered from Amazon, can't wait for it to arrive. Thanks Latin smile

I don't know how I've slipped up on my Time stuff, but I only have What Time Is It?, Pandemonium, and Condensate on CD. I also have "Chocolate" and "Jerk Out" CD singles. That's it for them. I think maybe I assumed I had filled in those gaps over the years, but I guess I didn't. This release is a nice fill-in.

Fresh. (And in person only.)

In other news, here's a pic I took:
