Very underrated protegé. Reminds me a bit of Jill Jones because both had talent, a good voice and both worked on a few good songs that didn´t get a release or the attention they deserved, and both suffered from bad timing and not releasing the music while it was still fresh and relevant.

She looked great, too. No idea what she looks like today.

It´s sad that she´s disappeared a bit , except for the news when she fought Pharell Williams in court.

I like her version of 1000 Hugs and Kisses a lot, a very mellow, breezy, feelgood song.

And I like the lyrics to Snowman....very biographical.

I´ve read Dave Ritz´s Divided Soul , the Marvin Gaye biography, and he mentions her time in Ostende/Belgium.

Too bad she had to go through what she went through back then. It was a bit humiliating.

" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

I agree.I enjoy the music that she did with Prince as well as some of the songs that were independent of his involvement.I really like The Things That We All Do For Love and she looked gorgeous in the video too! www.youtube.com/watch?v=FitpIHNmNtY
