I wonder who’s doing musical direction for this event. I hope it’s more polished than the first tribute at Excel. I wasn’t able to attend that event but heard it lasted like 5 hours and people were leaving because it was too long. I wonder too if any of the siblings will be at this event.

Maybe, I would assume it would be more polished. I was seriously trying to do a turn-around flight so I could go, can't stay for more than a day, a few hours really, but that's just insane for that much money. I couldn't imagine that none of the siblings would be there if not all of them. Seems their getting hit with a lot at one time again, getting those reports right now and getting this together, let alone whatever else is going on.

You can tell how much it meant to Shelby that Prince asked her to accompany him when he received the BET lifetime achievement award.
