Brenda Bennett on Meeting Prince and Leaving Apollonia / Vanity 6/ Manic Monday

Here's a short interview Brenda did on meeting Prince and then leaving Apollonia/ Vanity 6 as well as her work on Manic Monday.

This was a good interview. I didn't know Brenda is on background vocals for Manic Monday with The Bangles.

I would LOVE to hear the Manic Monday version with Vanity singing lead now that we know it exists.

I never heard the V6 version of Manic Monday . I enjoy hearing Brenda talk to and she did not make herself more important nor throw shade passive agressively at anyone. She exhibted class even when talking about waiting for A6 to get another project. She simply explained she could not wai foever and liked to keep things moving. cool

I love Brenda’s speaking voice. Smoooooth. She obviously has experience in the business, something I hadn’t known.
