He was, though. Doesn't mean every person has it that is born in the line, but it's a variable he presented.

Prince's head is slightly larger than what is normally proportional to his body. (It's one reason I hated the Graffiti Bridge era look because it made his head look huge.) It's not that he was a pumpkin head or something, but if you really look at the side of his face or head, it's just a tad larger than what would be considered average or normal on a person of his stature and build. It's indicative of, in this case, someone having Pfeiffer's Syndrome gene in them. Not every person with it would have that feature necessarily. But he does.

Back in 1996/7, there were articles stating the same thing when professionals would talk about the syndrome in general (because to that point it hadn't been in the spotlight in such a big way). Some made the note about Prince's body. Again, he wasn't deformed or some fat head. But with an honest eye, it's noticeable when focused on.

I remember having a bigger head in boot camp and my uniform headwear as larger than most other guys. I always wondered later if we had the same thing in our family but to my knowledge, we do not have it. (Fingers crossed! haha)

I agree. I don't know how reputable this source is, but according to this article, the baby having had this birth defect was because of a new genetic mutation, not that either of them had the gene itself. https://news.thinkgenetic...me-father/

.

"Prince and his wife did not have Pfeiffer syndrome, it is most likely Gregory’s Pfeiffer syndomr was caused by a new mutation."

.

Also, at 38, Prince not "too old" yet.. I think both him and Mayte may have been able to go on having more children without the likelihood of having another child with the condition. Maybe Prince was scared to try again with Mani, but if that were the case, would she have married him? She has turned to be like many women- she wanted kids.

Sometimes some couples have a really hard time conceiving, hence all these other methods. Many just stick with it until it happens. One of my best friends, according to the doctors isn't supposed to exist, because her parents weren't able to concieve, they never gave up faith. Bubbly, happy person she is.

i don't either, and btw what was the disorder that Mayte's mentions in the book was the reason

she had to wear leg braces, she said her legs were all twisted the wrong way. what caused that?

I did too.It was also said that it was announced on,I believe the Tom Joyner show that Mani was expecting.

There was no announcement by Prince on Tom Joyner’s show. Mani was never pregnant by Prince. If she was, believe me, you’d know about it by now.

Someone posted here that they had heard that before Prince and Mani were married that Tom said Prince was moving to Canada to be with his pregnant wife to be.I think that's where the rumor came from.

[Edited 12/11/17 12:22pm]

I remember the comment being posted but there’s no truth to either especially not in 2003 when Manuela was renting out an apartment not far from Paisley Park.

So her renting out an apartment would mean she was never pregnant?

They were done in 2004. The public appearance during awards season (the Oscars) of early 2005 was for show only.

When was that Much Music interview? I know it was definitely 2004. Prince mentions his wife and her family.

I’m assuming these photos are from 2004 or even 2005?

MYU.jpgprince-manuela-759.jpgb06c58e1defc2ea50c80756819a36c5c--prince-will-my-prince.jpgprince_manuela_watermark.jpg

There is a pic in Asfrin’s book where they are on the way to the Oscars and they are smiling. The thing that is odd is that there are pic of them on the red carpet and Prince looks very tired not even the same as the pic in the book. What could have made his face look so tired from the hotel to red carpet?

Maybe he was still having seizures. Can’t excitement and nervousness or stress cause them. You never know. I think sometimes he looks so depleted in the eyes.
But that is total spec^^. The second and last pic say tired to me.

This post is what I knew we would see due to certain things being hinted at and written.

Prince was not some mutant who had a bad seed. This is just sad. Truly -not right on any level at all. I hope Prince is truly resting in peace and I am praying that he gets vindicated from all the nastiness being spread about him by people who supposedly "loved/loves" him.

My opinion does not waver. I find it to be agenda.

Name calling and bullying or attempting to belittle or make fun of my opinion does not phase or stop me from posting my thoughts on this matter. The mean girl antics are a yawn and repetitive; I do not need to slam anyone because they think different than me.

I still say the need to make Prince have a the reason his child was born with Pfieffer syndrome is wrong in my opinion and the need to make it so reeks of an agenda.
