Did she just say there was an incident around 2010? Yes. She said incident but didn’t go into any details. I’m a little annoyed with people who say “if I was there x wouldn’t have happened”. I think it’s BS and throwing people who were around under the bus. Also if she’s so concerned about how things are being done I’d be curious to know if she reached out to Tyka or the Estate. It’s easy to snipe from the sidelines. Paisley Park is in your heart

I am glad she said something, and did not get the feeling she was hooking us or manipulating...this is her just being her outspoken self, and just saying as much as she wanted to about that subject at this time. I am glad she sad something. She's a lot more decent about these things than some of the associates. This was a good long interview in which I learned more about P, and I thank her for that. Sh said his thinking came from some other place, and that's right! He was very connected to God. I also got a new curve on my perspective of him. I love when that happens. I saw him as the businessman with the crushed velvet blazer on in some of those photos taken I think at PP sometime in those last few years. Please, associates, keep sharing with us. Thank you. | |

I didn’t like that the interviewer brought up Jill and Cat as if every other band member or anyone else in P’s orbit were just yes people or sycophants. And Elisa mentions confidentiality agreements and that they basically shouldn’t matter any more because he’s dead. Um perhaps some people would prefer to keep many of their private memories with him private? Paisley Park is in your heart

It could also be that he had an illness he didn’t tell anyone (except maybe Tyka & Kirk) about. It’s not like it’s an either/or situation. Paisley Park is in your heart

The one thing that makes me wonder if he knew was that he was working on Stay Cool. It sounds like he pushed away the people who could help. She obviously has no love for KJ. I wonder why people like Elisa, JIll and Cat are openly angry at KJ and others (like Shelby and Kim) are completely fine with him. I can't say I understand that...maybe, the folks who are okay with KJ have talked to him about his actions and he defended himself and his intentions to such an extent that they have forgiven his "mistakes".

Joshua and Hannah were still around.They flew with him to Toronto for his show last year and it was said they were at the Dakota with him the Tuesday before he passed.I believe Donna and Trevor were still around too. | |

On a regular basis? None of them (except for maybe bodyguards) were in 2016, that's for sure. Welton's were dealing with her pregnancy. Damaris was off on her missions and modeling.. Hanging out with Prince every once in a while is not the same thing as seeing the daily grind of drug addiction and illness. Plus, I don't think its a coincidence that P started to prefer the company of younger folks. They would'nt recognize the differences in his behavior after 2014 (as quickly) because they never knew him before then. Remember-- Jill stating something about his "chill" being different which seemed like a red flag to her--this is because she knew him well from back in the day..

Scotty already said Prince was having a hard time with pain around Musicology tour. You can see he looks thin around 2009 but looks good 2010- 2013. | |

From what Hannah said during her FB Live last year they seemed to still be close but she didn't say how often they saw each other.I was just saying they were still around in some capacity.It was said that Donna and her husband were living close by at the time too.It seems the ones he saw most often were Kirk,Meron and the bodyguards though perhaps some others visited frequently. According to the Star Tribune, Josh & Hannah were with Prince at the Dakota just a couple days before he passed. My point was people were around. Elisa is throwing them under the bus. What younger people are you referring to? I don’t know who was around on a regular basis but how do we know who was around on a regular basis in other years when he wasn’t really touring. Prince was working with Kirk, Donna, Mononeon and Adrian Crutchfield. Was that only in 2015 or did it spill into 2016? Let’s not forget Adrian specifically went on Funkeberry’s podcast to shoot down drug addict claims. Why would he feel it necessary to do that? Do you not think Prince was surrounded by yes men and women? I think this is one of the reasons he kept working with different people all the time. When people get close they start seeing things and questioning things and even dare to intervene. She mentions an episode and since everyone knows how Prince died, dhe knew how her words would have been perceived. She said nothing and yet said a lot. Had the episode been the hip surgery, she probably would have said it, cause it's common knowledge now. To me her words and wording implied that something happened, an episode as something which belongs to a greater picture. Something she was sure she and the others close at the time avoided from taking a darker turn, so it seems. I mean, how clearer can you be, when we all know he died of an overdose? | |
