If he was ill there may not have been anything that could be done by anyone. I don't believe that people close to him would have sat around doing nothing if he was in need. If he told Tyka beforehand then it appears there was nothing to be done to change the course.

How do you know? Do you mean you have a hunch? Or a feeling? Or do you mean you actually know. Factually. That Prince knew he was dying?

Not a hunch, not a feeling. All I know is what I said above and I trust the source implicitly.

So neither a hunch or a feeling. An actual "source" has informed you of this and has convinced you through verified facts that Prince knew he was dying? If you could singlehandedly end all speculation around this issue with the divulgence of your information, why don't you?

Personally I believe that Prince died as a result of an accidental opiod overdose while trying to manage pain. He and more than 20,000 other people in the USA died in this way in 2016. It is an epidemic. Unfortunately for Prince he became part of this epidemic. His death was avoidable. Thats the real tragedy.

So unless you genuinely know something other than this and are willing to share with factual information, I'll stick with the facts as I have presented them above.

You are welcome to stick with those facts, because that is how he died. It does not change the fact that he knew and prepared others for some other tragedy. How he died was an accidental overdose of fentanyl, but there was something else that was going on that would have taken him from us sooner or later if he had not died in such a tragic way. I don't need or want to convince you or anyone else of anything else. As I said, I trust my source, but I will not betray my source. If we had not lost Prince in the manner we did, we would have lost him from something else. I don't know what and don't want to know. That is private for his family and friends to know. Eventually, they may share, or they may not. Either way, it doesn't matter since the way we ultimately lost Prince was as you described.

Well, Tyka is coming out with her book. So we shall see. Let's see if she can keep her story straight now by reading her own book.

.

She can't give us any straight answers, but she can publish a book, because there is money to be made. rolleyes

Benni: To what is bolded: It is a fact that he knew and told/prepared others? Who told you that? Everyone in his inner-circle seemed clueless, so this is the first I am hearing about this. Are you just going off of what Tyka said??

Tyka said she told everyone in the family and close friends that Prince was dying back in 2013 (three years before he died), yet no one knows a damn thing! They all are like deer in the headlights! rolleyes

No, I'm not going by what Tyka said. As I said, I prefer to protect my source, but suffice it to say, they are someone that was in the "inner-circle" so to speak for the last several years.

I think he took the pills and do ot understand why it is accidental overdose. Maybe he just took an overdose if he sick and simply tired. Prince was human, a mere mortal and maybe he just got tired.

I just cannot imagine his inner circle knowing he was dying and not being there esp knowing he was "ill". IDK and I am beating a dead horse.

^This is so true. Based on Tyka's 3 year claim, he knew whatever was coming or he was dealing with, he was not going to be able to withstand/ survive it. Again, whether it was illness, addiction, or something else, I do not believe we will ever know. I keep saying this- he was very private. My guess is that he probably didn't want intervention or anyone to be involved and perhaps accepted what was happening & the impending outcome.

Okay, Laurarichardson, you told me that at least a dozen of the people that worked with him, said that there was more to it than what we (the fans), know.

But the only person that I know of that states that there was something different, was Tyka. And what she told us could mean anything. It could simply mean, that she SUGGESTED, that he told her in that way that he was dying. It could mean that she felt that he had a problem (NO MATTER WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS). BUT WE CAN'T KNOW FOR SURE IF SHE KEEPS TALKING LIKE THAT.

YOU on the other hand, take this as a FACT, just because she was his sister and because she was around him. But you know what? That doesn't mean anything. Okay, 'cause you know what else? I got so many people around me, people I see everyday and I hear so many things on a daily basis, that could also mean that they might die soon. And I'm a person too, that thinks too much about the things I hear. But nothing I ever thought they meant, happened later. NOTHING HAPPENED. It was just all in my head.

But I can tell you that, I checked them side effects and them symptoms of the withdrawals from Percocet. And you was the one that asked me, if pain meds can make your skin yellow. And the answer is FUCK YEAH THEY CAN. We do know that P took Percocet. And you know what the funny thing is? You don't even have to be an addict to get them side effects, you just simply need to be a long-term user, wich the warrent states, P was. HE WASN'T ADDICTED BUT HE USED THEM ON A CONSTANT BASIS. That also explains why he stille functioned at 100%. Oh and guess what else? They sure as hell can give you liver damage, surprise, isn't it?

And remember that they said Prince had the flu? Well, another surprise, percocet can give them symptoms too. Prince couldn't keep his food down? Percocet can be blamed. He had stomach pain and throat problems, Percocet can be blamed too.

You asked me, why it's so important to me, that P is just another victim of the crisis, well, to be honest, it's not important to me. But it's more plausible than the cancer theorie. While we're on that subject, why is it so important to you, that it was more than just them pills? See, the warrent points more to the theorie that Prince was indeed just another victim of the crisis.

FACT IS: P was treatened for an overdose before his death. Kirk told them that it was probably percocet. FACT IS: The warrent states that P refused to get treatened for his suggested pain killer problem. FACT IS: The amount of pain meds is indeed, an evidence that he really had a problem with them. FACT IS: That that doctor's son had pills that are used as a treatement for pain med addictions. He had also meds that are used if a patient suffers from nausea. Some medics found at PP do get prescribed for cancer, BUT YOU CAN ALSO PRESCRIBE THEM FOR OTHER THINGS just as, nausea from withdrawals.

Oh and that blood test? Well, IF P had liver damage, the test could've been taken because of that. A blood test doesn't mean that the person has cancer or AIDS. It can mean anything.

At this point, nothing really points to an illness such as cancer. There's literally no evidence for that. Infact, most people around him even said that he had problems with pills. Apollonia said that she met him back in November 2015 and she felt that he was on something.

EVERYBODY SAYS HOW MUCH PAIN HE HAD, they were reffering to his joint pain. Did you read Sheila E's latest Interview, what she told about her pain? Read that and imagine what pain P really had and then think again about them pills. It makes more and more sense that he got hooked on them.

If you still think that the symptoms he had only come from an illness such as cancer, then you should do some research on opiotes and how they fuck you up easily. They can also make you sick to your stomach, they can also damage your entire system, because they ain't like aspirin, they are much stronger.

To state one final thing: I am not against the thought that he probably was really sick, 'cause if he was, then I can't change it. But there's no real evidence to say that. And I think that you are not open to the theorie that it was indeed, an opiote problem. You constantly avoid it like it would be a shame for Prince to just be another victim of a crisis.

Great summary, especially the bolded. It is amazing how society still equates addiction/dependency to a moral failing. It's such bullshit and it doesn't help anyone, just another cog in the wheel to support the narrative for America's war on drugs among others. But I digress smile. Substance addiction is generally defined as a chronic, relapsing brain disease that is characterized by compulsive substance use & seeking, despite negstive consequences. It is considered a brain disease because drugs change the brain's structure and how it works. Kinda changes things when it's viewed as what it is instead of a moral failing or deficit.

.

yeahthat All of the above.

.

Also, notice how in that BBC interview when asked "Could Prince have been saved?". Tyka was at a loss for words, now why is that? It should have been a simple answer, YES or NO? She then went on to talk about herself and putting braids in her hair to represent 3 for her Mother, Father and Prince, and one braid on the other side of her head to represent herself. eek

Prince would not take his own life. That goes against everything Prince believed in, especially his religion. Don't underestimate the power of his belief and his desire to get into the Kingdom of Heaven. He wouldn't do anything to jeapordize that and killing oneself is considered a murder (with no chance at asking for forgiveness).

I've worked with hospice patients for a couple of years after I got my Master's degree. There are many hospice patients that are left alone while family members go about their daily lives. Just because someone is dying, doesn't mean the world or their work stops. And Prince being Prince, if he said, "I want to be alone tonight, wanting to work on some music," who is going to tell him, "no"? He was an adult, capable of making his own decisions, and had the right to self-determination. So, while we may not like that he was left alone at the end, I can imagine how it went down that way.

True. Prince did not even like to talk about death or dying, so it's hard for me to believe he would take his own life, on purpose. He died of an "accidental" overdose, and the investigators stated that there was no evidence to suggest it was a suicide. The fact that Prince's death is still an open homicide investigation tells us that there is more to the story, and they still haven't found the source of the illegal Fentanyl, which I really find hard to believe. Don't they know by now? There has to be a email trail or something.

.

Prince was a God loving Man.

He was an adult, capable of making his own decisions, and had the right to self-determination. So, while we may not like that he was left alone at the end, I can imagine how it went down that way.

We do not know what Prince would do and yes I believe he was much more of a man of God than I ever post. I believe him to be truly a vessel of the Lord and a man who was redeemed and denounced a lifestyle that was far from his faith and his God. That being said I am only in a discussion and I will never say never - I do not believe you lose your salvation in opting to transition. Our God is one who does not see nor think as we see and think and I do not see it as murder . I will not debate doctrine though just stating my belief.

.

I too work with people at the end of life and their families. I realize they are independent and make their own decisions til the last breath and their decisions should be respected. I never mentioned him being alone and never felt poor Prince died alone because as you said he was an adult and made his decisions. He wanted to be alone and I get that. I have never looked at him as less than capable of making his decisions at anytime.

.

I always keep this in mind: Quoted by Gabriel García Márquez "Everyone has three lives: a public life, a private life, and a secret life"-

Kind of seems that way. It might be her way of grieving/coping with the loss.

ThatWhiteDude said: Great summary, especially the bolded. Kinda changes things when it's viewed as what it is instead of a moral failing or deficit.

yeahthat All of the above.

.

Also, notice how in that BBC interview when asked "Could Prince have been saved?". Tyka was at a loss for words, now why is that? It should have been a simple answer, YES or NO? She then went on to talk about herself and putting braids in her hair to represent 3 for her Mother, Father and Prince, and one braid on the other side of her head to represent herself. eek

Hell, yeah I noticed that biggrin man if people say Prince was weird, they sure as hell should watch the Tyka Interveiws.

It's possible but Prince did have 3 or 2 years to straighten her misunderstanding out, based on what she said, she told other people.

How do you know if she reall, informed other people? She said she told his family why does Sharon say she didn't know anything? And how do you know if he knew what she was thinking about that E-Mail? She never said that she told him about it.

I mean I don't know but it is highly improbable(?) that he and her never said another word about it to each other, ever again. Janet didn't tell LaToya she got married the 2nd time. There are some members of the family some people don't tell things to, that's a fact. Since I haven't a clue about their family dynamics I'm not going to make an issue about who knew what. I'm sure she's playing the cryptic game like her brother if she says she has a book coming out, not a thing unusual about that in this industry. It's still a business, like it or not. Personally, it annoys the living hell out of me, but I can't change it.

Highly unlikely. Because he was still here/there to correct any "misinterpretations" she may have had about what the email said/meant. wink

Welcome to "the org", Mumio…they can have you, but I'll have your love in the end nod
