Laura, you and I don't agree on every single thing and we definitely don't agree on this. I've posted on this thread several times and said what my issues were. Please accept those comments as what I think about it because I am not going to get into it with anyone over this subject.

A few people who knew him have said he had a way of treating the good girls poorly and seeking the attention of the ones who were bad news. I see groupies and bimbos as being bad news and any person who has to make it on their back is not bright in my opinion. Looks fade so you cannot make it off your looks forvever or relay on the generousity of rich to support you.

Like you said we do not know all the women he dated even Jill Jones said he had private and public relationships.

I am not convinced that Tamar was his girlfriend or that most of his later day proteges/mentorees/female musician friends were girlfriends (maybe flirting but not much else). And most of them (including ANdy) often publically played down their relationships as friendships with P.. . I do think many of them were just friends. But do any of these other ladies have the kind of evidence or musical lyrics or sightings or associate confirmations or facebook/twitter interactions as frequently as those pointing to ANdy Allo?....NOpe, not even Bria did..

I do not beleive that Prince slept with every protege or even most of them. INcluding two Australian twin sisters who danced and sang back up for him around 2006 to 2011..LOL. I do however believe he had an intimate relationship with Andy Allo. ANd those people who wrote a small thesis paper on the topic were able to do so because of the significant amount of evidence pointing to it. ANd there are still people acting like it was impossibility based on no contrary evidence.

"Seeing is not always believing" is a term that can be used for all facets of life. Not everything is as it seems. As it relates to Prince, it was Jill's mention of public vs. private relationships he had back in the 80's, that made me reconsider how well people actually knew Prince- those who deemed themselves close to him. If they didn't even know him that well and they were around him, what makes us think we know? He had relationships and friendships with people, not just women, that were not open for public consumption back then and I do not think that ever changed.

I mentioned the last 8 years in the post above to make clear I was NOT singling Andy out. Bria and Judith may have also been PR relationships/ musical mentorships only, yet Prince was running around with them like they were together beyond that. I don't buy it.
