Thanks Latin! When I saw this my heart went out to Nona Gaye. Whatever went on between her and Prince was very deep and you can still feel the hurt she experienced.

Good to hear that she still has kind thoughts regarding him, considering what happened between them. She speaks very respectfully of him and it made me like her even more than I already did.

I knew about Nona way before she hooked up with Prince because I read David Ritz´s Marvin Gaye biography "Divided Soul", and it gave me a better understanding of Nona´s past, how she grew up and it also helped me understand the lyrics to the Prince-penned song "Snowman" much better.

For quite a few years I hadn´t heard or read anything about Nona, even though I looked her up on Google every now and then. Good to see that she seems to be doing ok.
