Love how she transitioned from a Prince girl to a Motown girl; still sexy but not as in your raunchy;the gown, and no underwear showing.

Ashame she could not have stayed in the game longer;she ooozed sexy and had that IT factor.

Thanks for both these videos. I had them saved, but I hadn't checked them out in a while. Loved how she controlled the audience attention. She knew how to move.

She would have set the world on fire if she was produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis... I wonder why that never happened? wall

I believe that Vanity had started recording songs with various producers 4 her third solo album but 4 various reasons it was never completed. I bet there are more Vanity songs that exist somewhere, but may never see the light of day.

yeah, there is a rumor that she recorded her third album sometime in 1988/89.It was titled Cherry Bomb and featured songs produced by Jam and Lewis,Tony Lemans and others. Not sure if this is true or just a rumor.

Wasn't The Glamorous Life, Manic Monday and 17 Days meant for Vanity 6 originally? Vanity would've been on top of the world if she had stuck it out with Purple Rain and those hit singles and album.
