They were his tightest band

I know Revolution was his most famous and they are wonderful but

NPG was just in a class all its own to me.

Yes. I think NPG is vastly underrated. They were such a tight band. The rev's had the style and that IT factor, and I admired them for it, but NPG.. You just couldn't mess with them as a band.
