Thank you! The first lady has a certain charm, I find.

As for the second picture, I am wondering who would have the nerves to pose in his swimsuit or underwear without being told anything by security.

whatever's been happening at PP is beyond tragic. Why are people being so disreespectful?

It's called bringing levity to a sad situation. Even Prince himself was a jokester, known for pulling a guffaw out of those around him.

I've literally been a Prine fan since 1978, but as sad as I am for his loss, I am not going to turn him an idol of worship- that I will leave for the Creator and Jesus. Besides, in later years as a man of faith, Prince himself was openly against idolatry of any kind. Beyond that, regarding the mess happening with PP, if he would have left a will with proper designations for who should be getting what, who should be doing what, what to do with it, and how. Then we wouldn't be seeing what we're seeing now. But he didn't care enough to, so it is what it is.

If you want to honor the man and his legacy and how it touched your life, then focus on THE MUSIC. Take it in, let the chords resonate with your soul, jump up, sing, and dance. Remember, seeing those very activities in the faces of thousands of people from stages all over the world night after night is what gave this artist great joy. Doing those things, I imagine, is how one could pay their highest respects to the genius whose creative output were so intrinsic to their lives. But please lighten up. No one here is disrespecting P. If you want to see disrespect, then I challenge you to have a look at single digit IQ holders over on Yahoo commenting on Prince news stories in between bites of mayonnaise sandwiches & sips of bathtub brewed liquor.

It that you in the pic?

Once again he sent out the plans for Paisley Park to numerous people and was in the process of turning it into a musesum. He signed that licensing deal with WB with some albums being licensed forever.

How did he not make plans or provisions again? Do you realize that wills can be contested? No one is going to break that 2014 deal with WB and since Paisley Park appears to be doing well nothing is going to stop that either.

He should have made a will but they can be contested and since he went througt two divorces I am sure he had wills that had to be withdrawn.

wtf? No idea what you're talking about- I don't idolize Prince at all but there's this called respect. I'm not famous but I wouldn't want anyone clowning at my house or around my possesions like that.

Although I understand the concept of celebrating his life and having fun, I do not find this picture funny or having anuything to do with joy.

Please don't start breaking out the torches and pitchforks, peeps.

The photo of the guy in shorts has been online since 2010. See here. How he managed to evade security at the time is whole 'nother matter. wink

Thank you for this. It's important. I knew Prince would want us not to worship him, but to worhsip only the Creator and Jesus. Exactly my take.

I believe it was in April 2016. He posted on Twitter how we should support our local music store and went to the Electric Fetus.
