I'm sorry, as much as I like Mayte, I do realize everyone's interest is on Prince and her life with him. That's what sells the book. Would you have bought it if it were about her life with Tommy Lee? Most people wouldn't. So those are Prince fans she writes for, Prince fans that have become her fans because of her importance and relevance in Prince's life. The books title itself is "The Most Beautiful: My Life With Prince". We cannot and should not loose sight of that.

It was nice that you invited others to the book discussion but I can only speak for myself , that I don't want to have to tip toe in the thread because some don't what to hear an opposing view of the book or Mayte. I don't want to be excused of lieing and twisting things just because I have a different impression than someone has. The book is mainly about Prince and she has a best selling book thanks to him. That is a fact as well.

The way I see it is; 50 people can read the same book and see it differently, I might pick up on something that someone else didn't see or they might pick up something that I didn't see.
