Don't know. But it might have something to do with Hollywood Records being a Disney (yes the home of Mickey Mouse) associated label.

Speaking of Disney, Morris was on the sountrack of the Disney movie The Haunted Mansion

There's also a Jackson 5 song on the soundtrack and Jimmy Jam has said that the name "Original 7ven" came from the J5 sometimes being spelled as "Jackson 5ive".

I don't think that matters. Let's say Pat Boone started a record label and he signed Morris. Pat is known for a certain image and most likely would censor the songs too. In the same way it's not Disney's image. It's not a label run by Paul Wall or Snoop Dogg. Albums on all labels are censored that are sold in Wal Mart. Same thing.

You must not live in the USA. Whenever a movie with bad language is shown on broadcast TV, the profanity is either bleeped out or overdubbed with a clean word and certain scenes are cut out. There's a 5 second delay for live broadcasts, so they can catch any bad words to bleep them. Many acts record 2 versions of a song and/or album, one for an album and one for the radio like 2 Live Crew. I'm not talking about bleeping out the words, but different lyrics. The clean version of an album is what is sold in Wal Mart. The dirty version usually has a parental advisory sticker on it. Here's an example:

I never really listened to the live songs much, maybe twice, didn't know what they were there for. Mostly played the 4 new tracks. My favorite was In My Ride.

I'm not really interested in half-Time, only the Original 7ven. I don't care about a live album by them either. Maybe a live DVD with the original members, not the Morris Day & The Time lineup. Actually I'd rather have a concert from the 1980s, like on Music Vault.

I think the Morris Day & The Time lineup is on Somebody's Watching Me although it's credited to Morris solo, like the originals (except Monte) are on Love Is A Game & Fishnet. Morris has said recently that the touring group is recording a new album. I don't know what its going to sound like without Jam & Lewis.

Here's the other 3 new songs. The rest of it is live versions of older Time & solo songs. I'm not even sure they are live. I think they might be studio recordings with a little crowd noise overdubbed on them. The credits on the CD are kinda odd. On Girl, it says it was produced by Morris & Jamie Starr. Did Jamie happen to be at a Morris Day & The Time concert?
