Where In The World Is Nona Gaye Has anyone seen or hears from Nona Gaye since Prince's passing? I follow her on social media and she has not been on there or even acknowledged his death. I don't blame her in a way. He dogged her out so she's not going to be all dramatic about his death like some of his other exes that he mistreated. It will be interesting to hear from her. People are leaving her condolences on her social media page but no response from her | |

One day he invited her to one of his concerts and announced his engagement to Mayte right in front of her and they had a huge fight backstage. She said she never saw or spoke to him again after that. The last interview Nona gave was last year on a radio show. She talked about about her career, her parents, the lawsuit her family won against Robin Thicke and Pharelle Williams, but she never mentioned Prince | |

Someone on the org (a few years ago) posted a long interview of Nona and Natalie Cole. They spoke about the men and situations that they went through in their lives, and she opened up about her relationship with P. From what I remember it wasn't too flattering. Vernon Reid said in that roundtable video he was there when P broke it off with Nona..he said that was pretty rough to see. | |

She probably feels the way we all do, but she was with him so I'm sure her feelings are deeper.... She's probably staying off of social media so she won't be barraged with questions and interview requests. | |

did prince propose to her directly or just tell some of her friends that he was going to marry her and take care of her? cause i believe i read an interview where she stated he told her friends and they told her apparently. she also said she didn't get to know him well during their time together nor he her cause she was heavy into drugs at the time. maybe this 3 year relationship wasn't as deep as some want to think.

She started working with him and she said he seduced her. She said she had a boyfriend but Prince lured her away from him. I remember an interviewer asked her if Prince was seeing her when she was 16 and she said, "We started dating when I was 18. That's the story I'm sticking to. She also said that she became the woman he wanted her to be and was hurt when he turned around and married another woman. She also said that she believes Prince put a spell on her because she wasn't attracted to him at first and then all of a sudden she fell hard for him. She also said there was heavy drug use on both of their parts. | |
