Check it out (I'll get around to reading all of it but just read through the part about Prince)

She is too classy and talented for Prince. He like the no talent ones who he can control. Misty is too independent and successful on her own for Prince.

She always did strike me as the kind of woman that wasn't the type to go all "groupie" on a dude because he's got good game. She seems to have a mind of her own for sure. Good for her.

Do you guys remember the days back on the Org when some people just swore up and down that Misty was going to be Mrs. Nelson #3? LOL

I remember there were many of us who were relieved that she wasn't yet another "protege", but I don't remember anyone truly thinking that the two of them would become a long lasting couple.

There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin.

To me it seemed there were several people thinking she was going to be the next one for Prince. I think there were some people who were also comparing her "look" to women of the past and said that she looked like she was his type and he would sweep her off her feet, etc. Let's face it, many people thought Misty was next smile

To be honest for me these young women come and seem to go so fast I'm wasn't even paying attention anymore. I just like the idea that Misty has her own thing going that she's worked hard for and she seems mature, doesn't "need" him. I thought she was long gone out of Prince's "camp", but it seems she's still around so maybe there's something there. Who knows the truth.
