You all just missed Andy Prince playing a 70 min set @ Bunkers!

I was at Bunkers on a tip that Prince was going to sit in. I was standing at the bar with my wife when a bunch of dudes walked in carrying instrument cases...walked past us and disappeared into the back room. Then, John Blackwell walked by us....

They opened up the last set at Bunkers... They played one song, "People Pleaser" and were gone. Killed it and left the building....very Prince-like. Mike Scott stuck around and played with Mambo's Combo and was amazing.

John Blackwell and Mike Scott are in the band along with a girl on keys and like 5 horn players. It was crazy. Trying to learn more about her and the rest of the band...

Nice to hear she killed it. Look forward to the album.

Glad to hear that it went well, because she has been generally underwhelming on stage with Prince.
