yes and you don't how Tamars part played out regarding her business relationship with Prince.

some like Tamar some like Bria. I prefer Bria's cd because it has a Prince flavor mixed with a chill vibe which I would listen to. If either of them had no connection to Prince, and I just happened to hear the songs I would still choose Bria.

I only liked Red Headed Step Child- Beautiful Loved Blessed. Her style of music under the direction of Prince... In my opinion sounded to old fashioned. In Tamar's defense she is very music trained in all areas of music.

Bria sounds like elevator music, nothing sounds more old fashioned then that.

And it's opinion. It's also apples and oranges. Two very different styles, voices, and arrangements.

when u listen to Bria's cd "all the way through" she does get u as Prince stated. I had 2 do just that...her voice is very soothing, sensual, sexy, and "spiritual".

Not only do I like Bria's album better than Tamar's, but I asked some of my friends that are more casual Prince fans that picked up Lotus at Target and they like Bria's record more than MplS and Lotus. When people come over and I'm playing Bria, they always ask about it. Prince is onto something with her.

Can Bria sing outside of the studio?
Of course Bria made a release, she skinny, light skinned and whispers when she sings, and was prob easier to get the snatch from

Who "made it" is totally irrelevant. Comparatively, Sue Ann Carwell never "made it" via Prince, but that wack Vanity did. Rosie: she never "made it" either, but then that even more wack Carmen got a released album. And thus, the cycle continues. rolleyes .... bored

I like Bria's album... I think most of the hateful comments about Bria is sadly related to her ethnicity.

It's elevator music. Hell they even said it.
It's a bad attempt at a Sade record.
Has nothing to do with her light skin, but hey Prince has a light skin fetish.

Bria's cd is very average IMO and her voice is weak. Tamar has a much stronger, natural singing voice, therefore, I prefer Tamar to Bria. Bria sounds too much like Janet Jackson - trying to sound sexy to cover up a weak voice.
