ANyone going to Sheila E. and family in Mpls this weekend?

Sheila is playing with her dad and brother at the Dakota Bar on the 28th and 29th. Anyone going? I'm not sure which day I'm going but I definitely hope to check this out.

There is a lot of great music at Pride this year. I was thinking of checking out the music at Pride on Saturday and then the E Family on Sunday night...but I'm not sure yet...

kier kirby from deee-lite is spinning sunday night, and i'm not gonna miss that.

saturday during the day i highly recommend zibra zibra if you're going to check out music at pride. i won't say they're the BEST band ever, but they are definitely very entertaining and i think their songs are catchy and fun.

good grief

Cool, thanks. En Vogue and Deborah Cox are also playing on Saturday, as is Maria Isa who is a young, up-and-coming, latina hip-hop artist from St. Paul.

WHERE!!!?!?!?!?!?!?

Pride festival.

Blanche: Oh, I do love the rain so! It reminds me of my first kiss.
Dorothy: Awww, your first kiss was in the rain...
Blanche: No, it was in the shower.

So will I. I have seen Maria Isa a couple weeks ago for the Latin festival on Harriet Island. I don't need to see her again.
Don't worry too much about Sheila E. The place is booked which means she'll have enough fans. wink
