I can't post gifs or pictures anymore. what changed?

when i use the [img] instert link here [/img] the site no longer displays my gifs :/

i've looked all over the site but i can't find anything about codes changing, yet i'm
still seeing other people post gifs.

Click on reply and then look to the left for code help link

For gifs click on the tree icon. A little box will pop up.
