Org Notes Hi all. Often I have wanted to look back at some communication between me and others on Org Notes. But the Org Note is gone because it is older than 30 days (I think that's when they disappear). I'd like to make a suggestion to allow us to retain Org Notes for longer than that. If possible. I understand there might be a good reason it is the way it is though. Anyone have any insight on that? Is there a possibility of having them stay up/be accessible longer? Thanks to the people who run the site for all their hard work. | |

It could be a potential site crash if too much information is saved among thousands of posters, or even hundreds of currently active posters that are usinf Org Notes all at the same time. | |

As stated on the orgnotes page: Retention policy: orgNotes are automatically deleted 30 days after the first time they are read, or after 90 days if unread.

I understand what they are, but wonder if there is a reason they can't be retained on the site for longer. In the meantime, I have begun emailing the ones I really want to keep to me 🙂 | |
