Stuff I broke that now I've fixed:

1. Couldn't create new accounts (sigh) due to region cache not being regenerated
2. Uploading new avatars didn't work, at all, due to missing utility on server
3. Stats updating (including threadviews) broken due to new apache permissions syntax problem
4. Essentially no mails being sent out from prince.org (doh!)
5. Reporting posts

Stuff still not fixed:

1. Chat endlessly saying "<person> has just entered the room..." on refresh. I took a quick look and couldn't figure it out, but will dig into it some more. Sorry! FIXED!
2. Spellcheck not working on message posts FIXED!
3. "Online" status indicators FIXED! (or at least seems to be, now)

I'm sure other stuff is problematic, feel free to let me know, on this thread or otherwise.
