How can a person face jail time when he hasn't committed a crime towards Prince?

I know i had my fair share of runs in with HQ... but jailing Aaron for this is all fucked up

This is truly fucked up... what's even more fucked up is all I can come up with are bad jokes... it's how I'm wired and in no way reflecting on my opinion of Aaron cos I think he's always done a kickass job with HQ.

wait a minute. how could anyone face jail time over copyright fair use dispute? i thought the most that could happen is a very hefty fine and possible shutdown of the website? just sounds overboard to me.

Aron loves Prince..... didn't Prince him self once say , when i was growing up ..bands like sly stone ...and "all I just had to have it all" r we not aloud to love prince in the same form?..... Katt with my typos i must be typo king

The French law firm threatening us claims we're breaking French *criminal* code and that we could actually be imprisoned if found guilty.

I just can't see France wanting to pay to lock me up. Well, at least I'd likely get better health benefits
