I think Ben's work made me feel safe using the internet. A middle of the road english guy felt safe of the internet because of the the ppml! Cheers Ben. . | |

That's really sweet and very true for me as well! This place and the other Prince sites were the main reasons I braved that new frontier called the internet, back in the early days! | |

i remember hammer's web site too...i was living in indy at the time his site was most active, and i was shocked to discover another hoosier who was a prince fan! Maybe I am part of the problem and not the solution. But I sort of doubt it. "

Just listened to the interview, u gave a great interview Ben, I learned alot of history of the Org, which was interesting. After u explained the whole PFU website formation, I understand it much better and where u guys are coming from.

The only reason I didn't say "the org" is because I know that domain is taken. Believe me, I've considered that many times but the domain is long gone ben -- "the prince.org guy" |

Our site has some Hoosier roots as well. In the early days of the PPML, the list was hosted on a server at Indiana State University in Terre Haute. As I recall, there were PPML T-shirts with the @indstate.edu address for the list as part of the design on the back. Sent from my iPhone 3G |
