Atlanta Dragoncon 2016 Prince Group Cosplay Hi All!
Was thinking of cosplaying Prince this year at Dragoncon (Violet the Organ Grinder in the cage with the chainmail veil version) and thought it would be fun to encourage more people to do so!
For the curious, DragonCon is a large pop culture convention held in Atlanta every year. (Think Comicon, but more driven by fans than the studios). Lots of people, tons of nerds/geeks, autographs from celebs from different fandoms, parties, workshops, concerts...but the main attraction of these are the creative costumes people come up with.
It's really fun to see people dressed up from the same fandoms! Massive pictures are taken, kindred spirits...wouldn't it be fun to show out for Prince?
(Starting this early for people to gather what they need for the cosplay. This takes place in September).

It dawns on me that having a Convention style event centered around Prince and associated artists/themes would be incredible. I don't think Paisley is big enough, but maybe it would be.
